I’ve ha enough. I just suggested that we drop our subscription and migrate to a competing service. I am randomly logged out of the application, cannot easily log back in (imagine this happening during an outage and you being unable to ack or route alerts), no Touch ID, extremely slow connection regardless of location, country, WiFi or data. A tragedy. Yes a tragedy because I am certain good people have poured hours of labor and pain in this, only to receive a review like this. FIX IT.

Any alert that comes from Opsgenie results in a critical alert. Come on call, off call, alert commented on, whatever it is it’s a critical. Please add in the ability for us to categorize what alert is critical and what isn’t. Also, with the latest update it won’t even sound the critical alert tone. It just raises the volume and sounds whatever tone you have for other notifications. Please fix this or better yet let us choose a custom ringtone for each notification type just like the Android app.

Using this for on-call schedules and it works like other reviews say but it’s not intuitive. One of the annoyances I’ve dealt with is signing in to the app. If the app requires an update it will auto sign you out. If you attempt to open the app, the app will redirect you to the web gui on your mobile device to login. Every attempt to use the app, it will redirect you over to the web UI. The only workaround I’ve found is to clear your web cache and uninstall/reinstall the app.

Can you guys just lower your alert volume?????

All notifications are critical, can’t toggle by type. “Your shift starts” alerts have cost me so much sleep

The alerts basically don’t work they don’t go off when they do it’s soft and doesn’t ring for more than 2 seconds which is not enough to wake someone up

Get ready to give up your work life balance when you install this app

If you make the alerts “critical” in iOS so that they can override silent mode, then the ridiculously dumb “your rotation is about to start” alerts which CANNOT BE DISABLED will also be critical. So many unnecessarily lost hours of sleep to this dumb “feature”.

All I wanted to do since I was nine years old was make magic with computers. I was so excited to study computer science and start my career as a Software Engineer. After 20 years what do I get? This app, which notifies me loudly about everyone else’s garbage code.
