A horrible App.

Please do not use this App. The customer service on this app is absolutely horrendous. They are only interested in taking your subscription money and not at all interested in the customer themselves. They are horrible and not compassionate at all. Giving excuses for not rectifying situations. Please do not use this App. Use anything else but this App Organic Fit is horrible!!

Not great

The app itself isn’t awesome. The workouts are hokey and don’t really make logistical sense. Their “return policy” is something you should read very carefully. Basically, it’s non existent. Waste of money in my opinion.

Not worth it

The exercises are for children and beware that their subscription is NOT in your subscriptions on Apple ID so they will continue to charge you and have no leniency on giving out refunds.

Quel déception

Je n’ai même pas un mois et puis je suis découragée. Méfiez vous de la promotion-92% à 14,99 $ canadien . La promo est inexistante malgré que Apple Store voit bien le paiement passer. Sans oublier que le jeune on ne peut pas modifier les heures entres. Si vous vous trompé dans les heures c’est foutu . Des un problème ils vous proposent un remboursement. Svp ne pas envoyer de messages courriels ils sont trop occupés à répondre vous aurez un message automatique. Perte de temps absolu . J’étais naïve face à cette app elle vous vendre trop pour très peu de service.

Need to be fixed

Workout seems to be great….But extremely dissatisfied: Wasting a lot of time getting into the app to access the session , but the purchase page is not disappearing!!!! Have already made the subscription for three month…. If this is not corrected for the subscriber I advise not to purchase !

Votre application ne vaut pas un clou. Communication médiocre et même si bous annulez votre abonnement, ils vous chargent quand même. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette application

Descriptions des exercices

Très déçue de l’application. Les explications des exercices sont en même temps que nous les faisons et non avant comme d’autres applications.

Doesn’t work

Save your money. App does not work. After payment the app still just keeps popping back to the payment plan. Haven’t been able to use it since day one. I think this is a scam.
