Does the watch work?
How do you turn this thing on? I don’t see anything here to help me. Smart Tracker/FitPro Home & Fitness. Downloaded this app-but it says-if you don’t have these specific iD’s then go to another app(on running)- it tried to sync: but, kept blinking connected/disconnected-now I’m frustrated! What to do?
Wasted time
What a complete waste of time, money, and effort…
Set Up
After hours of time by adult granddaughter who is tech savy, we have nothing. I have now spent 5 hours myself tonight. I’m now a retired pharmacist, I operated computers for over 50 years and have had personal computers and iPhones for years. Trying to get this SMART HEALTH WATCH TO WORK has been the worst experience ever and it still does not work. I’m extremely disappointed!
Not worth a penny.
Have had a FitPro and it does not work Has never worked.

Device says connected, but will not synch up. The watch and app are a waste of time and energy

Doesn’t sync with your phone and really seems like waste of time.
Fitbit versa 3
Cant get the watch to do anything but blink down load, then go off over and over. Tried 3 different apps not a clue, it is connected and does nothing at all. Don’t know what app to use with the nice vague English but mostly Chinese instructions. Very dissapointed. Also the band doesn’t even have a tuck in point, just stick out and gets hung on stuff.
Time Issues
I can’t get the right time for NOTHING!!! How you have a watch and still need someone else to tell you the time!! A WASTE OF MONEY.. Dang
Does not sync from phone to app
I have a RadioShack Bluetooth Multisport Smartband and the data from the watch does not sync to the app on my iPhone. The app is therefore useless. It’s impossible to check history or see trends or anything. It promises so much but delivers nothing. Very disappointing
