I’m not quite yet the big 5-0 but was looking for someone on YouTube I could relate to and found PJ, using the videos over the last two years on and off, always enjoyed it -PJ sense of humour got me through the touch bits. 🤣 This year I wanted to get really fit and did a21 day challenge in January and then signed up and haven’t looked. Exercising every day now and it shows. 💪 All the coaches are are great, love that it’s never longer than 45 min (easy to built into busy life) and there are always options for the little pains developing with age. Love it love it love it 🥰

I have been a member for several months now and I think more than ever this was a great investment. PJ is so knowledgeable and keeps it interesting and motivating by all the variety and information about “why” we need to do these various exercises and “how” to do them (or substitutions). No longer am I spending time scrolling through YouTube to find a workout…just tap the app and I’m ready to go. Bravo PJ and team!

I absolutely love this app, no need to plan my workouts, I just follow the calendar for each month. PJ is amazing and I love her sense of humour, it’s also a bonus having the other instructors and a chance to try something different.

OFF is great for women who want to get fitter. In 3-4 months, I’ve lost weight, I feel stronger and my muscles are toned. I exercise nearly every day and love the challenges on the app. I like the variety of exercise provided. PJ and team motivate me to exercise & I enjoy the Ask PJ series too. The FB community is very supportive. Do get this app if you want to get fitter!

Signed up Dec 2021, not disappointed. Exercises for all abilities, focusing on building strength in body and bone density. PJ is fun and makes working out enjoyable, as do all the other trainers.

This is a very user friendly app and the content is terrific. I have used it daily since downloading and not had a single problem. Moreover I can take it with me anywhere and find a routine that will work even in a tiny hotel room!

Simple to use, love the offline function. Tons of workouts with ability to sort on length, type, trainer etc. I really like the challenges and the monthly calendars as well.

I found PJ a little over a year ago and I’m so glad I did! I have gone from talking little or no exercise, to working out 5 or 6 times a week! I feel much fitter and stronger! PJ is a fantastic trainer, and she has an depth knowledge of anatomy and how best to train safely. She also has a fab sense of humour and makes me laugh during workouts. Win win!

A huge number of workouts from a range of different instructors (cardio, strength, yoga, etc) with options for the experienced right through to beginners. Either pick your own workouts or follow suggestions, either way you know sessions are tailored for those of us at the peak of our lives! Plus it has none of those annoying ads you get on free platforms. The 14 day free trial gives you a good chance for a look around, and I was converted as soon as I’d tried it.
