Never pay upfront hotel guys will say we have terminated relationship with Oyo that's it money lost.

I booked a hotel in Jaipur through OYO, but when I arrived, the hotel denied my check-in. Despite multiple attempts to contact OYO, their executives only responded after several calls and failed to resolve my issue. It seems like OYO collaborates with hotel owners in a fraudulent setup, as they take advance payments but fail to deliver what is promised. The listings are misleading – what they show online is entirely different from reality. This appears to be an unethical practice aimed at swindling customers’ money. I strongly advise against booking any hotel through OYO. It’s an unreliable and deceptive platform.

Please make sure you have clean Lenin, pillows, entire room was damaged , paints have been chipped off. Kindly maintain the room.

You guys have no responsibility? Yesterday i booked room in oyo app and paid in app only after i go to hotel they want extra money 900 rupees he take from me as tip why

I called to your customer care to resolve my problem .. and Mr. Aditya really helped me a lot .. the issue has been already raised and he said it is under process.. one of the good customer service I have received.now I m waiting for the refund .

We were denied the check in the money paid as advance to OYO was not refunded.

I request to dont book these hotel no lift unclean linen very bad room when we checked in staff asked to remove girl stole and show face which is very bad i Will definitely goo to court for these matter as in law there is no mention to show face even i booked many hotels none of these was there very bad hotel

The service and property quality has been decreased very badly. In 2024 i have experience at least 3 times, either rooms are not as good as you showcase on you app, Linens are bad, bed sheets has holes, towels are the worst. In two of my stays I didn’t even get towels. At one of the stay’s I couldn’t even find my hotel, i tried to connect the hotel contact number but no response. And funniest part is, when i tried to connect via chat option for the issue, it has some issue select as there is no OYO property at the location. I think it’s time for you to come back and change your QC and standards. These days I feel goibibo and makemytrip are the best. I had a great experience with them.

I highly recommend this hotel. The amenities were fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a five-star experience!

Extremely disappointed with OYO! The app promotes substandard hotels with zero amenities, and the level of unprofessionalism is shocking. My recent bookings turned out to be a disaster—poor hygiene, no promised facilities, and unresponsive support. This feels like a scam where my hard-earned money has been looted. I expected much better from a reputed platform like this. Rethink before booking with OYO!
