OYO: Search & Book Hotel Rooms

Do not trust the app ratings! this app is a scam!!!! do not book from this app. they take your money. there's no free cancellation as being mentioned. i cancelled my booking & i ask for a refund. they didnt give my money back!!! instead they transferred it to my oyo wallet & i can't withdraw the money!! WORST APP EVER!!!

1.The customer service is very bad and late response. 2. Still take booking from guest even though the hotel is fully occupied and not refund the money. 3. Poor room conditions.

Last minute auto reassigned to low quality homestay, so unprofessional, it’s not what I paid for! We need full refund! I booked a moderately ok location and you assigned me to a different location on the day of my check in at exactly 9am WHICH IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR FREE CANCELLATION. YOU ARE STEALING MONEY FROM US BY CHARGING US 1 NIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKING AND WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO USE YOUR SERVICES WHAT A HORRIBLE SCAM You’re from India, might as well just run an underground scam call centre, don’t do Airbnb style businesses and make it look legitimate. You’re doing business internationally, you must adapt to our style of booking for rooms and so on take Airbnb for example as a role model, not keep the same mindset how hotel works in India which simply reassigns your guest to different locations and make them like the new location even if it goes against their will!

Dah booking hotel 3 days before, bila sampai hotel cakap sistem oyo problem sebab hotel dah overbooking. Reception pon tak membantu langsung just cakap overbooking tkde bilik dah. Dah la sampai pukul 2 pagi, dah kene cari hotel lain. Lepastu sampai sekarang tiada refund dari oyo, call customer service puluh kali tak angkat dan line busy always!! Dah 2 kali kene dgn oyo ni, i langsung tk halalkan duit. Menyusahkan!!

Dah bayar full payment dekat app tapi sampai hotel staf cakap bilik penuh lepastu bayar sikit lagi untuk tukar bilim tapi still minta depo staf selalu takda dekat kaunter

Kenapa customer service ni susah nak angkat call ? dalam app kata masih ada lagi room tapi sampai hotel kena scam . room tu dah kena book dengan orang lain ! pastu macam mana nak refund kalau cust service tak angkat call ! bad service bad application . if tak boleh nak buat app elok jangan meniaga . menyusahkan urusan orang lain je .

Sangat teruk. Bodoh punya service. Hotel dah tak wujud pun still letak dalam app. Makan la hampa duit haram. Haram jadah

tolong kembalikan duit,sbb sudah dibayar online tetapi smpai dihotel,kata dah penuh bilik..tapi pembayaran sudah dibayar dan belum direfund!!!!
