Paceline Reviews

Used to be good

This app used to be great. Could trade in points for small gift cards, entries to raffles, etc. Now you can only use your points for small discounts on purchases. You have to spend money to use your points. Sad because I used to love this app.

Used to Be Great

Used to be great when I could let $1.00 Amazon gift cards build up a bit or work toward a gift card to Target or Starbucks, but now every reward is some useless discount to things on partner sites, which I’m sure Paceline benefits from, that I wouldn’t normally use. I’m sure this review, like all the ones before, will fall on deaf ears. But I know I’ll get some canned answer where they’ll thank me for my “candid response” which won’t “be lost on them.”

Lost appeal

This app started off great and is great for incintivizing workouts, but the rewards aren’t worth it. Will probably delete it soon.

Not happy with the new rewards

Enjoyed this when I actually had freebies like Starbucks or Target gift cards to look forward to to motivate me. Now the only rewards are discounts off things I don’t want or need, and still have to pay a lot for even after discount. Not worth keeping the app anymore and will look for other rewards apps to keep me motivated.

Not worth the effort

When I started using this app several years ago, it was fun because you could get $1 Amazon credit each week or sometimes a $5 Target gift card. Now, it’s only money off stuff I would never buy. I just deleted my app.

It’s okay

App is okay! I wish we got rewarded for working out like $5 or 10$ gift cards when you reach a specific amount of steps or activity. Most of the rewards on here we still have to pay out of pocket for most.

Used to be great..

Started using it since I exercise already I was able to build points to get gift cards to places like Starbucks. We’ll, no more I just noticed. Now it’s turn in x points and add $$ to get something. And the “something” isn’t stuff I’d even spend money on in the first place. I don’t use any of the supplement stuff they have and what I do use is cheaper from the get-go so the points literally do nothing. Even things like Chomps. I literally pay the same or less on my own without the app than trying to turn in 500 points to pay the same amount as if I just went to the store and bought it. Would be cheaper to buy it at the store actually because through the app with points I have shipping costs. Ya, great reward #sarcasm I’m out. I have almost 30,000 points and literally nothing to use them on. App went from great to not with whatever update they did.

Was cool about 4 years ago

Before they took away all worthwhile gift cards and made the points expire it was so much better! Now everything is useless on there. My husband and I deleted it tonight..

Used to be a great rewards system

I used to recommend this app all the time however the recent changes to redeem the awards seem rather pointless. You no longer get gift card options (which is why I downloaded the app) but rather just discounts to certain brands.

Points Expiring?

Mekalu6 on

There was a recent update that causes your points to expire every week. Therefore, you are never able to get the rewards you want. Going to be deleting the app now.
