Pagico Mobile

The desktop app is helpful, but this is hopeless. I can’t add tasks, and often can’t see tasks or lists. I’ve no idea what the middle page icon at the bottom is because there’s never been anything there when it’s selected - it just says “everything” at the top with nothing beneath it. Drop-down menus just don’t seem to work, navigation is clunky Etc. etc. Please sort at least some of this out, because I’ll probably end up ditching the desktop app too.

Appears to be useful without major issues and is becoming part of my workflow. Update : stopped using app - An annoying problem is that it not work properly with ios dictation - stops after 1-2 seconds! Could this be addressed please? Feb2020: Problem has still not been fixed. Also, syncing stopped working - the mobile and desktop have become trashed and are now not functional. I had high hopes for this app!

The soft is great, but the app is broken. Without correct synchronisation between the app and desktop soft the app is almost useless. I can probably use it just for myself somehow, but definitely not for our company teams. When you mark your task on the app as finished, other devices doesn’t get an update. But Pagico has big potential if the bug will be fixed

Simple to set up and start using .

Useless app as it is constantly crashing on launch. No reason why since all other apps work well, which means this app is buggy. Wanted to sync the desktop version (trial) with the app, however if it cant even open there's no point and so trashed the desktop version also. Waste of time.

Not at all intuitive but I am persisting for the moment. Instruction are not as clear as they could be - would like some video tuition

It is perfect for noting and keeping track of my clients and tasks. I have tried several of this type of package but Pagico has proved by far the best. Easy to use and produces a comprehensive dashboard to check everything at a glance.

This is not a stand alone app. If you want to create a project then you need the OSX desktop version at $50. The iOS version has a number of flaws. For example the tab to let you create a new Note or Appointment only allows a new note to be created. If you want to create an Appointment then you have to use the new Task tab. This at least lets you define a start and end time for the meeting. However a one hour meeting is displayed as an all day event in the flowchart screen. If you're looking for a robust project management app I'd recommend SG Project. If you just need an app to track meetings, tasks etc I'd recommend Pocket Informant or Omnifocus. All these apps can be used stand alone or synchronised across iPhone, iPad and iMac. Pagico in its current form is dysfunctional.

This is a great app which is superb as a project manager - it's full capability can only be appreciated though when it is used in conjunction with the Mac OS desktop version which is excellent. There are many cool features such as the dashboard and flowchart view which allows the user to look cast a bird's eye over the projects and relevant upcoming dates. There is only one thing that is preventing me from awarding five stars and that is Pagico's lack of full synchronisation with the Apple calendar - it syncs dates and to do items out but not the other way - so at present there is some duplication in terms of entering dates which is mildly frustrating. Having said that the developers are clearly intending to add this in due course and when they do this app will get a FULL FIVE STARs from me!!

At first I wrote. I may have too many contacts over 2400. Too slow almost unusable. Gave two stars. I messed it up by being impatient. Gave it 3 more stars. Works beautiful now and fast.
