I am writing to express my concern regarding a change in the Citizen Portal app. Initially, the app displayed a splash screen prominently featuring "Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) Khatim-un-Nabieen," which held immense significance for Muslims across Pakistan. However, it has come to my attention that this screen has now been removed or blocked video. The removal of such an important aspect without any explanation or notification has raised questions and concerns among the app's users. I kindly request that the previous version of the splash screen be reinstated at the earliest opportunity. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide clarification.

Onboarding screen is blank there are no options to proceed.

Application is crashing when click on passport and immigration under complaints section.

There is a bug or something, every time i open the app there will appear a grey blank screen, how could i file a complaint then?

I want to register complaint about Passport Immigration but when I select this option app crash .

App is repeatedly crashing

I am trying to launch a complaint, but register a new complaint option is disabled or not showing. I have updated the ios app, but still this option is not available.

I have heard that it is a nice app for complaints but after downloading the app and launching a complaint, the app keeps crashing while i open it or just check my complaint status.
