Plz hire some educated officials so that they can talk well with the foreigners and overseas Pakistanis. I insisted my wife to stay with me in Pakistan but im sorry our foreign office and specially low level staff behaves disgusting

The app doesn’t work anymore, always crashed when I reach at the complaint section.

Your App needs total overhaul. It doesn’t allow updating even my Mobile Phone number. On repeated trials at different times in a month it doesn’t proceed at all. May 03, 2023

All complaints should be resolved in time frame Max 41 days as mentioned in citizen portal guide.

This app has too much bugs for IOS. Geting crashed even after update/re installed. Fix bug issues ASAP

It always says to update..

From last one week since the latest update it’s not running on iOS nor its update is available ; since the start the response of app was pathetic for iOS !

The application was running fine up until 2 days ago. They updated the app and the update hasn’t been pushed on the App Store bug the app says to update. You can’t even use the app without updating and there isn’t an update to download.

Pathetice services. I have sent you hundreds of email but no reply.
