I want to complain about my passport but the app is not working it’s been a week I am trying to complain but nothing. I need my passport urgent because my flight in 3 days. What should I do?

The application suddenly crash and close whenever i am trying to put a new complaint. Solve it ASAP

Whenever i am trying to lodge a new complaint under the “immigration and passport” the application get crashed. Pls fix this asap

Why in this month of September after login to app it is being redirected to update but there is no update available and if open app again needs to login using user and password? Please resolve this issue.

Its popping up update the app but when we go through that link the app shows its already updated! This issue faced since two days

A pop up window always appears and asks for profile update which I have already done multiple times. It seems that the religion field is not getting updated. Please check this issue

Since last one year, App is not working for me in Saudi Arabia even after uninstalling and reinstalling again and again.

Keep crashing, attachment not uploading, complain not submitting, i think they have made so many bugs to not allow enduser to submit complains so they will not be questioned! or maybe, they or not capable enough to design even one application for my dearest country

While I am writing complain I have filled all requested fields, it is not allowing me to submit complain, I am trying this since so long. Please dev team take this action quickly. Thank you
