Poor app
When trying to login my account, it says “the system is busy, please try again later”. Poor app.
Fail to login
Fail in to login frequency quite a lot. Always said system busy.
開唔返個app
上星期才開完戶，存埋定期，今日星期四再開app就要我重新認證身份證，然後影身分證永遠都去唔第三步打斜影，玩死人。
Cannot transfer out funds
I’ve been trying to transfer out some since yesterday but the app is not working and every time I login it always require me to enter my password even though the face ID is activated. You have to do something about this!!
