Asked me to contact CS but CS never picked up the phone
I was asked to contact the CS representative of the bank despite my attempts to reset the password. The CS team never picked up the phone or responded to questions. Terrible service.

Poor app
When trying to login my account, it says “the system is busy, please try again later”. Poor app.

Fail in to login frequency quite a lot. Always said system busy.
開唔返個app
上星期才開完戶，存埋定期，今日星期四再開app就要我重新認證身份證，然後影身分證永遠都去唔第三步打斜影，玩死人。
Cannot transfer out funds
I’ve been trying to transfer out some since yesterday but the app is not working and every time I login it always require me to enter my password even though the face ID is activated. You have to do something about this!!

千萬不要使用，錢只能存進去，很難提取出來
