Honestly, just a waste of my life. I keep coming back thinking this app will have sorted itself out after an update but it never does. It permanently tells me that they’ve updated the price of something in my basket or that the order cannot be completed right now. Just go anywhere else!

Literally tried all 3 methods of payment; my card, PayPal and apple pay. None of them work. This happened to me last week and still happening now. I even tried their website and it's the same situation. Ultimately this means I can't use the app to order. That's a terrible business model

Why has Apple Pay been removed it’s now significantly more difficult to place an order.

In my area, the best pizza has been Papa’s for years, imo. But they have now closed down the store I used and the closest is now 7miles away which is too far for delivery! I am so upset I am having to cry myself to sleep each night! My fav was pineapple, jalapeños and black olives with them really nice tandori chicken things as a side! I am drooling just thinking about it. Ah well RIP my local store 🥲

Add the ability to incorporate tracking with the iPhone so that it works similar to Uber eats, when the phone is in use it when it’s locked.

App is just giving me blank screens. It not my connection because other app are working. Not working so kind of pointless

Company called Complete Savings took £18 from my account 2 months after ordering a pizza from papa johns and paying through the app. I vaguely remember a cash back offer but didn’t follow through and didn’t claim cash back as it looked spammy but it seems that they managed to get my payment details!!! And began a subscription 2 months later. Avoid ! This is shocking???

Once again the app won’t update no matter how fast a Wi-Fi connection I have access to. Delegating the app to re-install just leaves the download barreling endlessly It may download at some point
