Didn’t work. Gate didn’t open
ay was available… very poor customer experience
Thought I was buying 1 hour instead as a first time user paid for 120 minutes and used 62 when I realised that I had to stop the parking using the app
The app was hard to set up. I had to try three times to be able to save my details. Then I got bumped from my space and I had to move my car.
There is no button to cancel the request anymore. It is extremely annoying to need to contact the company every time this happens, and since you removed the button there is no way for me to do it through the app. If a parking becomes available, the app starts to charge without any confirmation and you will need to reach out to get your money back. Terrible customer experience, where the customer is not in charge of what will be charged. Only use it because it is the only way to park in my company.
I started parking around 11.30 ish and had trouble, maybe because I was in an underground carpark I left around 3.10 and ended my parking or so I thought. So you can imagine when I checked my phone around midnight that I was still be charged!!
So easy no dramas
Have been using this app since 2019 pretty much everyday as I drive into work. Customer service is always friendly, effective and efficient. The app is really easy to navigate and probably one of the most user friendly apps out there. Highly recommend
Unfortunately I downloaded the app, paid for parking for a 24 hour period $40 only to be sent an email to move my car because the space allocated was reserved. So I had to move my car to on street parking even though the time I had paid for wasn’t ending for another 6 hours. I replied to the email that asked me to move asking for advice of how to change my parking space & only received a ‘We have received your enquiry & will reply shortly’ this never happened. I then suggested that car parks that are occupied should not be selectable, as I was never notified throughout the whole booking & payment process. It seemed happy to take my money but fell short of helping rectify this problem when I needed help the most. Lesson learned!!!
