Parkable

Parkable is one of the most irritating and stupid ideas I have had to put up with in a long time.

Instructions were not clear. Signage in parking garage was pathetic and unclear. The QR code didn’t work. The app wouldn’t load on several attempts, causing me to pay way more for parking than I actually used. Will never use Parkable again.

Terrible idea

This app won’t let me log on or reset my password. So I tried to find a customer service link and there is no link from the log on screen. So now I can’t park.

My apartment made us switch to this app instead of a key fob to open up the gate into the parking garage. Would be super helpful and cool to be able to open the gate using the screen on the the car instead of having to pull out your phone and open the app. 🤞🏻

I just want to pay for parking but this app stands in the way, why does it need my phone number, email and credit card just to reserve a free spot in a garage that doesn’t charge for parking? It doesn’t use any of the standard iOS features that make apps easy to use and has no respect for my privacy. I’ll walk further to use another parking lot that prevents me from suffering this app.

Not happy about it

Really good well thought out. Impressed it notified me when I was getting close to the end of the session. I was also impressed with their clear instructions where the car park is. Although updated photos would be greatly appreciated but very good welldone

Just a suggestion for the GUI. The car park I am using has an entry gate and an exit gate. When I click on Open Gate button, the screen show two buttons, let me select which gate to open. Could you make the two buttons in two different colour or make the label text size bigger.
