Fantastic App
Love using the app to speed up shopping and paying! Only thing I would love to see is to be able to adjust the quantity in the app so I don’t have to scann the same item multiple times :)

Thanks to Passabene, you can scan your shopping directly on the shelf in any Coop supermarket in Switzerland and put it straight into your shopping bag. This means your shopping is already scanned and ready for payment at the checkout.
With the passabene app, you use your smartphone rather than a hand scanner from the store.

How passabene works:
1. Install the app
2. Log in with your Supercard ID or create a new Supercard ID
3. Select the store using location services or by scanning a QR code
4. Scan item
5. Pay for your shopping at a checkout of your choice

A stable Internet connection (3G or faster) is required to use the passabene app.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all Coop stores, which you can use as an alternative to your mobile phone network.

Supercard and digital advantages
When you use passabene you don’t have to show your Supercard at the checkout.

Gut, aber…
Wäre eine super Sache. Nur leider muss man ungefähr bei jeder dritten Benutzung neu einloggen, ein Bug der schon Jahre besteht…
Stürzt ab
Am Ende des Einkaufs vor Zahlung stürzt App ab. Nochmals eingeben müssen.
Unausgereifte App
Bleibt oft hängen, oder verliert Verbindung. Nicht zu gebrauchen: habe diese App wieder gelöscht.

Artikel nicht gefunden
In vielen COOP Läden ist der Internet-Empfang suboptimal, was die Nutzlichkeit der App einschränkt (zuerst WLAN anmelden usw. kostet Zeit). Empfehlung für die Entwickler; bei der Fehlermeldung „Artikel nicht gefunden“ ertönt das gleiche Tonsignal wie beim erfolgreichen Scannen. Da sollte unbedingt ein andere Ton kommen, sonst denkt man dass man erfolgreich gescannt hat. Fr. Grüsse
Wirklich mühsam
Musste die App benutzen, weil das Passabene ausser Betrieb war. Und was für eine Enttäuschung. Alle gescannten Artikel waren nach einer Weile verschwunden, vermutlich weil das Betriebssystem die App beendet hatte. Nachdem ich alle Artikel erneut gescannt hatte, ging ich zur Kasse und scannte den QR-Code. Wir haben zwei Minuten gewartet, aber die Übertragung wurde nie beendet und die Ladeanzeige blieb sichtbar. Ich beendete die App und meine gute, alle gescannten Artikel waren wieder weg. Also habe ich alle Artikel erneut gescannt, diesmal an der Kasse, und konnte endlich fertig werden. Wenn Ihr Ziel ist, die Passabene-Terminals durch die App zu ersetzen, scheint es noch ein weiterer Weg. Zumindest in Bezug auf die Zuverlässigkeit.
Zusatzfunktion
Ich liebe Passabene, wünsche mir zusätzlich eine Funktion, um z.B. drei gleiche Artikel einfacher einkaufen zu können.
Sehr langsam
Die App ist leider sehr langsam. Das WLAN funktioniert im Coop Oberwinterthur häufig nicht. Der Bezahlprozess ist maximal umständlich. Dass es besser geht, zeigt die orange Konkurrenz.
