2. Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

I have used this app for over 10yrs and have been very happy with it. However the new version lacks the ability to remember alphabetical order which is annoying. Otherwise it is still a great program and worth the purchase price

Disappointed

Years worth of data has just disappeared, not a good backup system

Where’s all my data?

I recently updated to iOS 15 on my iPhone 11. When I first logged into iPass Safe all my data was gone! After I’d updated my old iPhone 7 to ios15 I still had the data until today when I checked. I had been in the process of manually copying it all over but it has disappeared too. I did import the file onto my iPhone 11 and I get the option to save and activate but when I touch that option I only get asked if I want to overwrite it. Please help!

App lost all data … twice.

After several years of using the app with no problems it has wiped my data twice, and I’ve received no reply from ‘support’. Disappointing to say the least.

Terrible developer has not updated to iOs15

Lost all data since new iOS loaded on iPhone. Developer hasn’t updated app and Apple still sell it. Terrible!!!

Awesome app

Is one the best safe app. I would like that you can move file from one category to another and also copy files or duplicate you can also allow to load contacts from iPhone contact list.
