Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

Ipassafe, need to open twice before it can use

First Month Im using the IPassSafe, I dont have issue, but suddenly whenever I open the IPassSafe it will automatically close by itself then need to click again then it will open & can use, Im worrying now if still I can continue the apps since it having some issue Also, for apps support I already tried sending but the Captcha code not showing any image, So i font if already sent or not

Useless

I had used two version of this app. It irritates me when I keep adding my passwords And had also upload to drives for backup. BUT THEN it always erase all the detail leaving me a brand new app. Waste of my time and money. I have to either recall hard or change all my passcodes again. It’s useful if u wan to do some memory exercise as it challenges you to remember all of your passwords by hard. If there’s negative star rating I would give it a -10.

Impressive app

Good app. Simple yet user friendly, save me a lot of time. Highly recommended.

Run away

Good luck if you store your passwords via this app. Mine stopped working and I lost all my password. Impossible to reopen the app: it stopped offering me face recognition and does not open when I key my passwords. God knows where my passwords have gone. Obviously, the support service does not reply any email. Run away!

Simple yet effective

Simple interface user friendly yet the function are effective for daily use!

fantastic app and great support!

I've been using this app for several months now and found it to be really easy to use and useful to have. It allows you to custom the type of password category you want and even offers an option to hide or show the categories you select. It provides Dropbox sync and has a PC application to view the synced files on your computer without having to login using the phone. What's more, the technical support guys have been really responsive and open to suggestions that I made to them, and kept me updated on the progress of the update. Fabulous!

Excellent Product

One of the best app I have encountered for password. It would have been better to backup and restore passwords on another phone.

Great app for a forgetful person

Been dependent on this app. I almost forget everything. Please fix the Notebook part though, I cant view an entry I posted. Thanks!

iPassSafe is great

Damn good! Maybe an improvement would be to allow me to input multiple bank account numbers (but same bank!) into the same entry. So I can view all my accounts in a particular bank at once.
