2. Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

I have lost all my dates after updated

Excellent / now, not good

Superb App for me because my memory is diabolical. Highly recommend this App UPDATE:- reduced to 1 star on 13 August 2023 because on an update last year all my information was gone. Everything. Not used since. Deleted from phone and hoping it was just an error and my info was not compromised. No joy from admin either. Hopefully my account was a 1 off and everyone else is safe.

Dangerous to use

Your update wiped ALL my saved passwords!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE APP

It’s just awful, please don’t make the same mistake as myself and others who have given this one star!! I only give it one star because you can’t give anything -10 It’s lost my data multiple times, more fool me for giving it another go. When you login it asks you to enter a password and wipes all the data you’ve stored, please believe me, get a different app!!! The developers don’t help & Apple can’t. You’ve been warned!!

Update has lost all my data

It’s not a great app to start with, it’s clunks and apple ace isn’t great. But it did what I needed it to do! The app has just been deleted and lost ALL of my data! There was so much. My cloud backups have disappeared?? I can’t give this more than 1 star as it’s failed the one thing it’s supposed to do!

Avoid - this app is unsupported and unstable.

Keeps closing down and losing all stored data. Zero support.
