Card was charged but membership still got canceled
My card was charged still just in five days they removed my access to the content. The content was supposed to be available for one montth I emailed their support team but there was no response

Could be powerful but falls flat
Lack of features. Push notifications for creators don’t work. Repeatedly reported to the app developers regarding push notifications, it’s falling to deaf ears. No live updates in the patron counter, I have to refresh the app every few minutes for the updated stats. The app is just a waste of time.
High battery consumption on iPad
Great design but it’s consuming battery like there’s no tomorrow, this bug needs to be fixed

Love the app but needs some upgrades.
Im not able to upload pictures in the community section through the iPad or phone …only comments can be posted. To upload pics one needs to use the website thru the desktop or browser. This is a major handicap with the app. Should integrate the feature asap.

Excellent App
I’ve been using it for almost 2 years now (on and off ) to follow and support creators and artists whose work I admire :) No complaints apart from the fact that I wish the App version had as many options as it’s desktop counterpart ….
CANT RECEIVE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

I love how the app is another platform for creators to reach their fans but i hate the fact that unlike other apps i have to pay to watch a post. I mean that is ridiculous. I have to pay money to see a picture and some words and sometimes a video
