I am 100% sure that it is way better than e&money and maybe others, but I’m not sure about the dupay it’s very good. It gives you coupons and many other things and it is very helpful. My choice is for you that you should install PayBy and get your card.

Bad cuatomer support

As the the title says , it have been almost a month and I still didn’t receive my transaction and the customer support didn’t help me at all

Even there is no basic option to download my transaction history in for of statement or account statement

Very worst app never downloaded this apps !!! they can’t take back my money after I put otp but suddenly it’s error but this money 1250aed they took on my bank account then in pyby wallet there’s no any funds!!! Be aware this apps ! And they not solve you’re issue !!! It’s almost 1month now my money gone tru this apps!!!

If there is less that 1 star I go for that. Never send money to other countries. If there any failures for the transaction. It will takes 1 week to Refound. So if you have any urgent payments go for other options until their service get better.

After being scammed via PayBy, I reached out to their so-called ‘risk team,’ and instead of offering real help, they made me jump through hoops—demanding a copy of my ID, my debit card, and even a selfie with it. After all that, their final advice? ‘Contact the police.’ Seriously? If they can’t help get my money back, why bother with this invasive nonsense? This site isn’t just unhelpful; it actively aids scammers. Avoid it at all costs!
