worst service I have seen . because I complained to many time for my payment decline issue. but haven't got any respond from 10 days. My money Is inside the app but I can't use or withdraw because of bad services
Hi Frd if you any online product purchase please make the bank account transaction I am purchasing product amount is deductive Oder is or not placed I informed PayBy customer see is telling amount is complete you call you purchase product customer it’s too much amount is not refund please don't transaction
This is a useless app, I have requested to update the registered mobile number and the bank details, it’s almost 2months now and never heard anything from them, if a simple request can’t be done how much if I encounter a more serious issue in the future? DONT TRY THIS APP you’ll be frustrated!
How many times should i keep follow up from my concern? No one can assist me from risk_team! All i want is to change my mobile. I submitted already the documents need to change my mobile because i cannot access my old number that registered in my PayBy account. I cannot receive any CODE. I keep follow up about this concern and it will be One month next month! I hope someone will assist me to process change my mobile number.
They increased the service charges from 6 aed to 8 aed without any notice.
Customer service is very bad and there is no professionalism in dealing (and no one helped me activate my virtual bank account in the application) and they say to activate take a selfie with the Emirates ID and send it to us via WhatsApp (is this legal)..!! Why are things complicated?! You should make things easier for customers!! The funny thing is that my account is activated and my ID is with them, but they ask me to send a selfie with my Emirates ID and send it to them via WhatsApp to activate the virtual bank account, dealing with customers is not professional and not good..!!
Very worst team you have From 1 week i am following up a mail still today 4 working day finish still no one responds it. If you can't run a team close the department.
Please be warned to do any international money transfer with PayBy via Botim, I made a transfer of 1000dh to M-PESA, on 28th July 2023, and up to date my money is missing and communication, no updates, their staff are very rude and unprofessional, Botim and Payby claims I have received my money when I have Not, I need justice for my money 💴 , Share the receiver details that uve been ignoring & declining to tell me who received my cash, I need my justice for my missing money and the details of who received my cash Thanks
i have a problem in my account since 20 june2023 ,i connected with botim and payby customer service and till now no one help me, although i send all document they need it like Id and photo with id and cards i use it and bank statement for last 3 months, so please fix this problem thats too much time to just make a refund to my money in wallet to same bank card i used or let me use my money and make transfer
