Select your preferred app languages available in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese Simplified.

Quick Balance
View your account balances via Fingerprint or Face ID login.

Account Summary
View your full account summary/details in real-time.

DuitNow
Allow you to send funds instantly to your recipients via DuitNow ID (e.g. Mobile Number, NRIC, Passport Number, Army/Police ID or Business Registration Number) instead of banking account number.

Transfer
Perform real-time or future dated fund transfer to your favourite and other account using Intrabank, IBG or Instant Transfer services.

Payment
Perform real-time or future dated payment to your favourite and other Bills, Card or Loan/Financing accounts.

Prepaid Top-Up
Reload your prepaid mobile number on the go.

DuitNow QR
Pay participating DuitNow QR merchants by scanning their QR code, now extended to QR merchants in Indonesia.

Settings
Personalise your profile by uploading your own profile picture or setting a desired theme.
Allow to manage your own devices that activated with Quick Balance, DuitNow QR or to delink.

PB engage will seek permission for the following:
• Access to your fingerprint/Face ID for Quick Balance, DuitNow QR, and PB SecureSign authorisation.
• Access to your camera/photo for profile personalisation and DuitNow QR scanning.
• Access to your location for device authentication and security purposes.
• Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience to select your contacts when you perform either DuitNow or Prepaid Top-Up.

Just crash at loading

Worst apps. Crash at loading despite re install

Unable to open app after upgrade

App prompt up then close directly, unable to open.. very annoying, pls make sure it’s working before updating in app store

Worst Bank Application Ever

You are not able to log in to your account 50% of the time, and another 49% out of the remaining chance you are going to have an error on whatever your action is. I mean why do you even bother to use an application if the error rate is so high, just stick to just using the website if you are not going to optimise the application

Buggy design

The people who design the app and the people who design the security verification process probably never met and never use the app. The dehumanized experience suggests they might be using ChatGPT for the whole process.

Login crash login crash restart login crash what’s wrong with you the lousiest bank in Malaysia This happened especially on wifi connection, 4g ok, developer should get fired!

Mobile Apps that required ATM activation?

This is sheer absurdity - user is forced to use mobile apps BUT first have to activate at ATM. Can’t your apps development team come up with something more sensible?

Restriction in password

My password was set more than 12 characters but the password field only could input up to 12 characters only. I never ever login in to my account successfully

Slow & unresponsive

This few months I couldn’t use the apps properly. I can’t log in & it took some time then timed out. Very disappointed with services.

Unintuitive, outdated UI/UX

Let’s not go to the usual “slow loading, unresponsive” matter everyone is already complaining. Why cannot load images from gallery to scan DuitNow QR? Why? Why?

Irritating!

Every time I want to transfer money, it is always stuck and never proceed smoothly. Please upgrade your app! This is so annoying.
