This app is so complicated. Instead of giving you toll rates, it shows DOT camera footage of the sign on the freeway. Why not just list the rates? Why does it forget my username and password every time I open the app? Why can’t I attach my card to be charged every time I go through a toll instead of being forced to keep up with whatever money is loaded on my account at the time? Why are the password requirements so weird? Why is this so complicated when it doesn’t have to be?

It works fine for VERY basic functions but most anything other than checking a toll is cumbersome and poorly designed. It matches the tollway authority itself in its lack of features and EXTREMELY limited function. You have to have it but certainly don’t expect much!

This app is exactly as you would expect from a product developed by the government of the State of Georgia, absolute trash. In probably 30-40 attempts I can’t get the app to complete the most basic of functions that it should be capable of. I’ve deleted and downloaded again to see if that helps but I’m not hopeful.

This APP is plain awful. Never works. Always shows under maintenance. Don’t bother downloading. It’s useless.

The transaction history only goes back 7 days. When you click into the “help” feature, there’s no way to get back to the Home Screen unless you close the app.

App simply does not work. Terrible app. Bon-responsive button, features don’t match the website. Had to go to website to do anything with my account.

Super confusing an not helpful. To cancel a car you have a non-toll mode I guess. How about “delete car” option? How about putting an actual contact phone number so that it’s possible to talk to an actual person. How about putting the address of a location instead of “you can get a transponder at cvs and Walgreens “. They don’t know what I’m talking about when I asked them about it. About as good as the unaffordable health care act app.

I’m a small business owner who just purchased a pass because of the challenges Atlanta traffic has to offer. I downloaded this app and it has absolutely added on to the frustrations of interacting with the whole ordeal. I’m trying my best to be professional however?!?! This app is a TOTAL waste of data room, and has no significance with issues that’s suppose to be simplified…. For a simple solution, download and bookmark on your laptop, or desktop. Your days will be a lot sunnier!

System frequently crashes when I need to use it. It’s incredibly to have such a bad user experience in 2023, especially for a paid service. Peach pass management, you really need some investment in the platform to support your customers!

I use to get notification about low balances, now, nothing! I logged on today because I got statement balance to find out I got negative 22 dollars like HOW!!! I don’t use it and wifey tells me when she does. App is horrible!
