Peak just let me pay for Pro but not giving me an access to use the Pro version

Now cant login with apple id passcode . Purchased it just used 4 days.
Great apart from Connect Em Up
I love app but I hate Connect Em Up.
User Interface not show in some game
I choose to play ‘Jump Control’ not show the little interactive in this game.
