New apps terrible
Always stuck in a loading cycle and when getting into the app after closing it and reopening multiple times just becomes a blank screen with none of the pages loading. If it isn’t broken don’t fix it - should’ve been told that before releasing this abomination of an app that obviously had 0 bug testing
Awful
Awful doesn’t even let you order previous one was definitely much more reliable this is atrocious have to relie on just eat now what a waste of upgrading the app. 0 stars but won’t allow so one it is
App not working
I downloaded this app about 2 months ago, used the yellow one before. I’ve managed to get into this app twice but not anymore. It is shocking how bad this app is in both Apple and google systems.
Delivery
Shocking, live 2 miles away and they don’t deliver to my area, what a joke
Bring back the old app
Simply doesn’t work anymore, slow, glitchy, spin to win is rubbish. Literally worse in every way compared to the old app
App not working
Every time I’m trying to order, the app is not working.
Freezes all the time
Unusable, what a shame … love their food but have gone for an alternative chicken place this time
Service charge
It’s an okay app, and i would understand the service charge if it was delivered, but for collection it doesn’t make sense? I’ll just walk across the road and order it and save 70p, let’s face it if I’m going to collect it then I’m within range.
