If you are happy with the service and the food, you can also add a tip for the store team, which is always appreciated.

When an order has been received and paid for, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of your order. This confirmation is not sent until the store has accepted the order. Any questions regarding the order you also have the stores telephone number to contact direct, so you get a quick response.

The app doesn’t find my local store so I can’t use it. Sort it out as I love the food. Dying for some chicken. Joke man!.
Cheaper and free Spin to Win
The prices for me are the same as in store but I also get the chance to win prizes on every order. Win win!

Worst app ever, the food came in 2 hours after I had ordered and it came cold the fries went soggy and overall the food just didn’t hit the same + no way to track the status of order or delivery information
Only loyalty where you get less then if you didn’t have it
I live by a pepeis so I have it frequently. Got the app because I thought it would help but they don’t take the orders seriously and I end up waiting in the store for at least 10-20mins after it says it’s ready on the app. Also they never put the garlic sauces in there so when I get home and find out I have to go back, but they often won’t give you one. There’s also no loyalty system on there though you do get to spin a wheel. Never heard of anyone winning anything though so pretty much a waste of time. Long story short no point in the app it’s better to order on the phone

App doesn’t work at all
Constant “oops something went wrong” message 24/7 can’t do anything on it. Pointless.
Service Fee
The audacity of them to charge a service fee for using their own app, may as well use UberEats or Deliveroo as they often have offers which this app does not.
Just disappointed…
Wanted to order online for collection online but only option was to download the app, at checkout was charged for placing order online 🤯
