I'm extremely disappointed with this app's unethical practices. Despite canceling my subscription, they continued to charge me, demonstrating a lack of transparency and respect for their users. The cancelation process was unnecessarily convoluted, making it difficult to end my subscription. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this app unless they enjoy being deceived and overcharged.
Purchased this meal plan through a social media ad. Payment went through but the links to set up plan ask me to set up and make an additional payment, cannot set up a login or access the plan at all. Hopefully getting a refund and cancelling this app and account is not as difficult Edit: cancelling and getting a refund is IMPOSSIBLE. If you order through Apple you have to get refund from Apple. If you dispute or chargeback they dispute the charge back. If you delete your account before the resolution your not likely to get refund at all. Frustrated as just had a second 3 monthly payment go out.
DON’T buy!
When changing the menu it requests reason, then it gets stuck on wanting another reason for this. None of the options apply and no option to escape it so stuck unable to use the app. Waste of time and money.
