- Power Days
Focus on heavy compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and presses for upper and lower body. Aim for 3-5 reps for 3-5 working sets, resting adequately between sets. Rotate power movements every few weeks for consistent progress. Assistance exercises can target smaller muscle groups.

PHAT is a great workout plan, and this app does an incredible job of presenting it in a way that is easy to follow and visually aesthetic. I also was able to create my own custom workout plan that fits into my lifestyle even better! You guys crushed it with this one.

Used this app 5 days a week for 5 years, it was exactly what i wanted, and not bloated and horid like all other workout plan apps usually are. The update they released today ruined it, not only is it a far cry from the simple app it used to be which is bad enough, but they completely botched the features they tried to add as well. Not worth downloading.

The new updated version is even better! I have actually been following this program for the past 5 months but was really excited when they built the app! PHAT is the best! I have put on over 20 pounds of muscle since I started. If you are eating at a caloric surplus, you will definitely gain muscle! PHAT, PHAT, PHAT, PHAT!
