Reconnecting
It’s to bad that you have to always turn off your phone and turn it back on just to reconnect. I guess you don’t have any one that knows how to fix the issues. And will most likely never get a response from the developers. Come on guys Apple just did a big upgrade fix the damn issues.
Disappointed
This app is disappointing. It frequently disconnects from hearing aids. This morning it took over 2 hours to connect after trying multiple suggested solutions. Please fix these issues as soon as possible.
Disconnect issues
The hearing aids disconnect from the iPad and I have a hard time reconnecting. What’s up with that? Not happy☹️
Peu utile
Dommage cette application n’est jamais connectée quand j’en ai besoin. Je suis toujours en train de rebrancher mes appareils. Les options sont bien basiques.
Very seldom works
Tonight after reinstalling x3 still not connecting
I went back to previous app to reconnect
Frustration weekly with this new app
Need to turn hearing aids off/on every time you open the app
The app doesn’t maintain the connection to the hearing aids. Need to continually turn them off and back on whenever you open the app or else it won’t connect. Very frustrating.
Reboot and Reboot
Ok so the only way to get this to work now is I have to reboot either my phone or my iPad in order to get this thing to work and of course Bluetooth must be shut off on the other device. So if you are having issues reboot and it might connect oh the joy of someone having no idea program.
Slow to connect
The app looks pretty but takes a long time to connect to your HAs. I went back to the old app. Much better.
Worst app ever
Hardly ever works, need big time improvement. Very bad. 😡
Very basic, almost no features
It’s ok, just ok. I thought it would have more features, like being able to put them into pairing mode so I can connect them to other devices, or be able to change the sound scheme when streaming music to match the genre, but no, nothing like that. You can see battery levels and adjust the volume, that’s it.
