The Philips HearLink 2 App is compatible with all Philips Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Philips HearLink 2, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)

• Monitor your battery levels

Philips HearLink 2 Reviews

Won’t pair

JehusonofNimshi on

This app is useless. Last update killed pairing. People with hand tremors need this app because the buttons on the device are too small. Plan on replacing hearing aids for brand with better app

Hearlink2 Review

My problem with the app is that it take too long to connect my hearing aids; on the old application the hearing aids connected automatically. I also think that this application offers no real advantage over it’s predecessor. I would like you to repost HearLink in the Apple Store.

Garbage

CavityPack on

United States

Not an improvement, same functions, different appearance. Indicates my right hearing aid is off when it’s on and working. Unlike former app the sound can be very shrill. The equilizer will not correct the nasty high pitch sounds. The old app did.

Poorly performing app

jder77 on

While the hearing aids themselves seem to be ok the app preforms very poorly. I use both an iPhone and iPad which Phillips claims are supported. I’m constantly having to restart my iPhone, iPad and/or my 9030 hearings aids to get them communicating with the app or device. Sound will come out of one ear than maybe the other followed by no sound at all. When I launch the Phillips app it just says “reconnecting” which than starts the battle getting them to communicate again with my device/s. The hearing aids themselves seems to continue working as far as hearing what’s going on around me, the issue is I basically loose control to adjust them, stream properly or see my battery life. I’m to the point of returning the hearing aids as fighting with the app and streaming from my iPhone/iPad is extremely frustrating.

Not able to use the app

I’ve connected, but all it asks me to do is pair my phone to my hearing aids. They are connected but the app won’t work!! So frustrating.

Will not stay connected reconnecting is very difficult

Worst App Ever!

CanineCountess on

United States

I can’t imagine a less functional, more irritating App! People EXPECT to have a reliable App that functions properly and reliable. This App is SOOO FRUSTRATING that you don’t WANT to use it, but you NEED to use it. It REGULARLY DISCONNECTS! It REGULARLY needs to be deleted and reinstalled in order to get data. It’s already frustrating that you can’t hear without an aid BUT to have the MOST UNRELIABLE App is like putting salt in a wound. Not sure what their “updates” actually do, but ONE THING IS CLEAR, they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Deserve NO STARS but one is required!

Disappointing and Annoying

Pvbytk345&$ on

The “new” HearLink 2 from Phillips drops one side of my hearing aids at least twice a week. I will say their Customer Service people are good and I can now reboot the app myself to fix the problem…. but it is very annoying to have to do this. Looking forward to the app being updated soon.

Very slow

tmihalic on

United States

The app is very slow to show your daily usage. The last update was supposed to fix that but didn’t. The weekly graph of time used doesn’t work. Maybe one day a week your time will show up. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but there aren’t any directions. A lot of improvement is needed. If this app worked as good as their hearing aids it would be a great app.

Unable to pair

weatherobsessed2 on

United States

This app worked for a while but since I upgraded to an iPhone 15 I’ve been unable to pair. Also, I reached out to Philips and had no response.
