Great app, easy to use, but they saying that when you purchase the app upgraded version it’s gonna work in all of your devices and it doesn’t work. The developer didn’t quite helpful and also little errors when you trying download big videos So far not very satisfied

Great app. But, In need to offer the highly important option of selecting bigger amounts than 200 at a time without erroring in the process. Also 'transfer files+deleting them', provides me with yet another error messege for some reason.

The Windows-side app can't be installed

Unfortunately, the free version does not allow you to try the app with the Windows-app, so I took my chances and paid - quite expensive for an app, too. The download for Windows is a zip file and when running the enclosed .exe file there is a message saying I have to first install the latest Adobe Air with a link. But that leads to an Adobe Air site that in turn has a broken link for days now. I contacted support who sent me a link for the zip file that supposedly also contains Adobe Air, but it doesn't. So I'm stuck. I told them and did not get a response yet. Their response time is too slow, too. I asked Apple for a refund. I'm still waiting for their response, too. Needless to say, I would recommend against this app. I feel ripped off.
