Best Resource to recover from an ACL surgery in a timely and strategic manner, the exercise are very well explained and the app gives you a strategic way to follow the routine. Also, shout out to Nirtal Shah for his expertise and knowledge in this field, have been doing video sessions with him for my ACL recovery and it has done wonders for my recovery.

I have found this app very helpful for my ongoing recovery from knee replacement surgery. The one to one PL session with Nirtal Shah ( included in my year subscription) was comprehensive and gave me clear directions/ exercises to work on. Would highly recommend

Will not allow me to input a future surgery date, and therefore will not allow the me to continue entering information unless I choose the current date or a date that has already passed. Please fix this glitch.

In 5 days, this App has crashed 2. Very frustrating when trying to follow a protocol for a knee replacement.

This app allowed me to prepare before having an ACL reconstruction. I really appreciated knowing the steps ahead of time, that helped me getting organized BEFORE getting in the most difficult part of the rehab process. knowing that support is available, that difficult (although normal) steps are head is fundamental to keep focus during and keep progressing. Lots of info (blogs, webinars), very responsive and interactive team behind the tools (chat / video PT). I love their approach, emphasizing the importance of consistency with the rehab process. The reminders are perfect to keep up with the rhythm.

I just get a blank screen. The email said if you’re having issues hit reply to this email, and we will help you. So I hit reply, and I get an automatic “do not reply to this email” message. Not wasting anymore time I’ve deleted the app.

I can’t use the app, it is frozen on the welcome page.
