I am a tattoo artist that uses PicFrame regularly for my tattoo portfolio. The iPhone version works great, but the iPad version is much less user-friendly. It insists on choosing placement of photos for you, and does not allow you the freedom to place any photo or video where you wish like the iPhone version does. Absolutely do not recommend for iPad.
reported an issue to the dev and within hours received a response and couple of days later an update for the fix was available.. great app dev and really appreciate the time and effort you put into it.. thanks for the speedy reply and fix... five stars for sure
Love this app. Use it almost daily for my online store. Ran into some issues at one point and emailed for help and guidance and the issues were resolved quickly. Great service! Much appreciated!!!
This was such a wonderful & easy app to use & now it’s awful!!! Made less user friendly & more complicated. Besides the fact that in the last days it won’t even open at all. What a shame!
