The app is saying there is no cart
I have ordered food through the app and it showed that it will arrive between 8:45PM & 8:55PM, currently it's 9:00PM. Tried calling their Customer Service Line it's not even ringing!!
The food at this restaurant is good, but the delivery experience was terrible. The delivery was very slow—I waited for over an hour. I called customer service, and the representative took my order number, saying she would contact the rider and call me back. After waiting for 10 minutes with no callback, I called again, and she asked for my order number again! When I pointed out that she already asked for it earlier, she just smiled, which was really irritating. She then told me the driver had picked up the order and that it might be traffic. There’s also no tracking in the app, and the expected delivery time they give is completely inaccurate. The customer service is very poor, and the whole delivery process needs serious improvement.
Application had an error and doesn’t give any update also when I called customer service twice line switched off and no one call me back
