I have been using pickup for a couple years now and I have been impressed by the service. All the drivers are very nice and friendly and courteous. They are very considerate of my visual impairment. I am very grateful and appreciative of the drivers and the service in all. Thank you drivers and Capmetro.

Hace poco nos quedamos sin carro y estaba pagando mucho de uber y lift pero desde que supe de este servicio que ofrece capital metro he dejado de gastar tanto dinero , salgo más , se me a facilitado el ir a las tiendas , a pagar mis recibos etc .. además de que es muy económico la facilidad para usar la aplicación y poder pagar en efectivo son muy buenos y sobre todo que es muy rápido y eficiente los choferes son amables y comprensivos … me encanta ♥️♥️♥️👍100✅

I have been trying to use this app for days now. The app will pin my Home but then it wants me to walk a quarter mile for pickup to a street address that does not even exist. Even the street address into my neighborhood is a street address that is for a totally different street. How hard is it to actually have software that works? MetroAccess has it and has no problem with my neighborhood so why does the same company that runs both services unable to accomplish the same results?

This is the best company ever to have here in Austin for people who don’t have car to get around

My son had been waiting for a ride from school for 2 hours! 2 whole hours! The time keeps going up & down and he’s watching the bus go everywhere except to him. Totally unacceptable
