I’ve used this app for some years now and have found the route planner to have deteriorated in the past few weeks. The routes used to be very direct and straightforward, now there seems to be rather circuitous routes suggested with far too many changes.
This is one of the best public transport apps I have used throughout the world. Apple Pay integration and efficient usable design. Small touches like remembering your journey or ticket details. I’ve seen some comments from others reviewers about why tickets don’t activate immediately - I think this is anti ticket dodging technique. I’m sure as long as your ticket was activated before you got on (rather than when you spotted a ticket inspector) this won’t cause you a problem. Only criticism is that I think it suggested I needed to sign up for an account when I first opened thr app. It does seem to work fine without an account.
Excellent App. The other reviewer complaining about the minimum 2-minute activation delay obviously hasn’t appreciated the scope for fraud that instant activation would enable. If that was an option fare dodgers would be able to activate a ticket immediately on spotting a ticket inspector.
I wanted to use this to buy a weekly pass for public transport in Prague. The app made me register an account and I used my gmail but the activation email never arrived so I couldn’t login. Made my trip very inconvenient and more expensive to keep having to buy paper tickets because the app failed.
As a foreign visitor to Prague, I found the app an effective way of planning, paying and using the excellent integrated public transport system of Prague. It is not perfect, but I would recommend it unreservedly.
developrovi vysvetlit zaklady transakcniho programovani. ldyz zakaznik opalovane prijde o penize protoze listek se nahodne neobjevi, protoze ‘nastala chyba’ (opravdu uzitecna hlaska…) nevim komu a kolik za to mesto zaplatlo, ale na testovani na obou stranach se tezce setrilo
If people want to buy tickets online, they want them to use them immediately they do not want to wait 2 minutes to activate the tickets for the bus, underground or tram. I do not understand why the developers made such stupid things!! They want to prevent people from using the tickets when they are already on the bus, tram or underground- really?? I thought the idea was to get things wise.
Vše funguje jak má, jen mám dotaz. Vidím že aplikace podporuje Apple Wallet, rád bych chtěl vědět jak.
Díky za skvělou aplikaci, přeprava v MHD je pro mě díky ní mnohem pohodlnější! Kdybych mohl mít dvě UX přání, byla by to možnost nastavit více odjezdových stanic. Řekněme, že je uživatel na Zahradním městě, v dochozí vzdálenosti má více stanic, na kterých jezdí různé linky. Například Zahradní Město (tram+bus), Nádraží Zahradní město (tram+bus+vlak), Centrum Zahradní město (bus) a Jesenická (bus). Bylo by skvělé, kdyby se mu seřadily spoje podle časů odjezdu, nehledě na vzdálenost ke stanici. V ideálním případě by šla tato kombinace nastavit i jako záložka domov/práce. Druhé přání by byla možnost zadat další, vlastní kategorie záložek např. “babička” “tenis” “bazén” atd.
