both of my phones were iphones and whenever i use this app it always bugs like it does not refresh and just went blank. when i got notified that someone texted me and when i clicked it, the app is just blank. please fix it!

Aside from too many fake profiles that cannot be reported, im Using iphone 13 and yet it keeps crashing or profiles not loading properly

I tried the free option app for the first time. Everything was smooth but it stopped you to converse further. So I subscribed all my previous choices , conversations even my profile disappeared if that wasn’t a scam i don’t know what is. Well, itrs a Pinoy app so what do you expect?.

It used to be a great app but the developer i guess wants more money from its users.

App is crashing. It doesn’t show any photos or messages. This happened very frequently. It’s kind of a blackout like thing. 04/12/2024 You still haven’t fix the issue. The app crashes 80% of time I open it. Many people are complaining the same issue. Please do something!!! 06/12/2024 It’s impossible to use the app. Even my bio is totally different and I can’t edit it. This is ridiculous. I don’t understand why the app developers are not fixing the bug despite so many complaints. Also your website is down. Can’t access your website. Has developers abandoned the application ?

I hate this app. First off, i could NEVER change my preference it keeps defaulting to ‘women and transgender’ I am looking for men ffs. Also, nothing shows up on my search results so I only get contacts from people who liked me. Worst of all, I was hitting it off with someone when I switched to a different app and came back to it only to see a black screen. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled it. It’s just a terrible app. You gotta be so desperate to be using this app still. It looks like the developers have abandoned fixing bugs on this app.

Just downloaded PinaLove again and opened an account. The app crash and freeze. It can take up to 30-60 minutes before it’s possible to use the account again. When I log out and try to log back in, that also don’t work. Have to try several times to actually get a code on email. Not sure if this is just me or a problem with recent update… even bought premium and will not make that mistake again

Whenever I open my app it always goes back to reset or blank no info you can’t even see the messages. I have to wait an hour so to be normal and it will repeat..I tried other gadget it’s the same. It wasn’t like this before.
