Banned for no reason
I’ve been a member for many years and one day I get an “account banned” no reason given. Plus I was in the middle of a paid subscription and never received a refund or prorate. Bad customer service.

None of these women are actually real all WhatsApp scammers..
Verification
The app sends you a link to your Gmail to verify who you say you are. Then you open it but it doesn’t work at all, then the app cuts you from communication with other users and there’s no help for this
They will still charge you even after they ban your account!
My account was banned back in August of this year and somehow they charge me the membership fee 4 days ago??! Wouldn’t they cancel your account if they ban you? I guess this is a way for them to make money even from “customers” that can no longer access their accounts. Also this dating app is filled with single moms and gold diggers, it’s best to just stay away from apps like these or to just take it with a grain of salt and accept the women from these countries only want you for your citizenship and money. Unless you’re fine with that then I guess have fun here but for majority of the women you’ll meet here are what I described above. Just keep in mind that if your account is paused or banned you will still be attached to the membership which is not fair at all.
