I am Premium Member on TF, but would not trust the integrity of this app to spend money on it. Icon ALWAYS appears at bottom on Messages showing 1 unread message. A new message will increment to 2. It will decrement to 1 but never disappear. Cannot find any reference to contact the developer either in the app or in App Store, so I have to present issues here... sorry! Clicking on Support in App Store rolls over to the Upgrade page in App. It means I must upgrade to reach Support? My location is Thailand. I ticked Thailand in the dropdown list of countries, but my profile title indicates "PhilippinesThailand". Decided not to try Mozambique... I am hopeful that the quality of the next upgrade will be some closer to that of TF.

why does it take forever to load??? my service is not bad and wifi is working fine, it’s always loading i’m getting annoyed.

Bigomar is a big scam. He’s using pinalove to exploit videos and women. Already reported him but pinalove still tolerated his behavior and still continue use pinalove..

I’ve been a member of this app since 2020. There are times where I used to take a break from this app to focus on my studies. Now I decided to comeback to maybe find my future partner. But last night my account got flagged down for selling service? I have not in my life tried to sell anything. I would like to have my account back. Since I’m talking to this guy who would like to take me out on a date. So we can get to know eachother. But since I cant open my account I cant!! I feel like this guy is the one and I cant even contact him. I’ve emailed multiple times to your chat support but its seems its still have not been resolved!!! Please let me have my account back!

Couldn’t access it on mh phone.

I could not verify my photos, saying my camera is not accessible. But checking the settings, there is no camera button on Pinalove app that I could turn on to access it. And when I went to the camera settings itself, there is no Pinalove app to grant access to. Plus, the people I blocked or hid are still showing on my profile. I am confused.

Ugly setup and graphics, customer service doesn’t work, just bans account randomly, you get a free trial premium for a week but will ban your account so totally useless

I was starting to enjoy this app but I was automatically logged out. Tried all the options to login but unfortunately unsuccessful. Seems like its not the first time that happened to this app’s users. You should fix it. So sad that I’m already enjoying it but this happened.
