PingID

A terrible app with constant connectivity problems, time-outs. 5 minute morning routine to use it 6 times to sign in to office, sap, webapps etc… Also the whole app makes little sense because from the same computer I am using I open pingid and type in the code. If someone stole my laptop or uses it via remote connection they can as easily open pingid from the desktop and copy the code…

I need this for my job. Not only does it not generate codes, it will not send me alerts. I am effectively locked out of my work account.

I have to use this app for university and it’s a major pain. It’s so secure that you can’t even login on a different device to sign in on your phone. It takes you on a merry go round ride that you can’t get off of.

When I first started using ping ID I was allowed to use a button to get a new code when my system asked for more then one. When it updated they took the button away. GIVE IT BACK!!! Please

i use it for my university and i literally can not log into anything. it deserves no stars at all

This app is always outdated which is nuts. Makes me unable to receive authentication requests.

I have used this app for several years to remotely access my company’s network. It works well, but the latest revision now has the “yes” button right next to the “no” button. It breaks my concentration on other matters to avoid tapping the ring button. The previous design with a large slider immediately distinguishable from the “no” button, was much more user friendly. I would prefer the yes and no buttons separated but I would prefer even more a return to the slider.

Due to configuration, I cannot reply on this app. Many times not working. Had to write down note from office because PingID is not consistent. It is one of the worst app in my life.

I wanted to improve my login security on my laptop so I turned to pingID. However, the security was so good that I can no longer access my computer
