Horrible performance and feature less
I don’t understand why organisations use Ping ID for 2FA. It’s horrible. The app takes ages to load on the phone, there is no feature to approve directly through the notification, the watch app requires the app on the phone to be active and open to work. All in all a very laggy and useless app for two factor authentication.
Way tooo slow
It was better earlier. Now it takes too much time to authenticate. Revert to previous UI and changes.
Poor new ui
New ui is so bad need to authenticate 2-3 times, today the error is too much that only manual code is working . Frustrating
Complicated and laggy
The application takes its own time to open and first it asks me to click approve and then takes my face recognition. It takes around 10-15 seconds. Previous one was just straight forward.
Previous update was much better
This new UI looks good but is not that functional sometimes I have to do two consecutive verification for the same request and some other minor errors are there. And it takes loading more often. Also please add option to verify through notification if possible instead of opening the app each time.
