The Piraeus app has been redesigned to offer you an improved banking experience through a modern, upgraded, friendly, easy-to-use and modern experience.

From the dashboard page you can explore an overview of your relationship with Piraeus Bank, and you can also easily initiate a new transaction. Also, the dashboard page has been enriched with the "Piraeus in the spotlight" section where you can find propositions that promote your banking relationship, as well as the "Stories" section where you can find short articles of general interest with important new information.

From the "Deposits" section, you can view a summary of your account balances or a detailed view of your transactions for each account. Selecting an account, you can initiate multiple transactions from the Transact button. In addition, you can open a new account.

From the "Cards" section you can manage your debit, credit, and prepaid cards. You can also view the balances and transactions of your cards, make a card payment, block temporarily a card, issue a new card, set new card limits, manage card controls management and much more.

From the "Loans" section you can view important information about your loans.

From the "Insurance" section you can view important information about your insurance products.

From the "Investments" section you view important information about your investment products.

Security management:
- Setup security features for Quick login (4-digit PIN or biometric authentication for compatible devices).
- By activating the app’s notifications, the extraPIN code is automatically received and submitted by your device when authentication is required for your mobile app transactions. You just confirm the transaction using your quick login, saving time with increased security.

Winbank

Excellent functionality and ease of use, one of the best banking payments platforms- keep developing more functionality. Also, as a Private Banking customer I think there is plenty of things to improve the portfolio performance analytics provided to customers.

Now unable to use it unless you set up daily transfer limits

I want to use the app without having to specify daily transfer limits at this stage. It’s impossible, so I have to quit the app. Horrendous design, adds to the already dated and difficult design to navigate.

Excellent app , easy to navigate huge improvement on the previous app. Still a little hard and counter intuitive when making payments. Otherwise perfect.

Lack of Human-centric perception

Your bank offers the worst banking app of the world. If someone is locked outside his account, he is unable to book an appointment to solve his problem and your telephone digital assistant is uncapable to offer real solutions due to the complete lack of human-centric and customer-centric perception of your bank.

Nothing Changed!!!

I have been using this app for years due to my Peireus bank account. Honestly, it's an improvement over the previous winbank app, but issues persist. • One out of three login attempts fails. • Connectivity for granting permissions to other apps is unreliable. • The app combines amounts from two accounts, making it challenging to view standard and investment accounts separately. • Additionally, the interface is overly complex for older users.

Too busy and cluttered app

You should create a simple ‘classic’ version and give people the option of which mode they would like to have. The old app was perfect. But now you have made it too interactive and cluttered and busy. Bring back the old classic version and give people the option to toggle back and forth between them. The new app is crap.

Very good app. It has improved so much my experience with the bank in comparison to the last app. Great work.

Πραγματικά δεν βρίσκω κανέναν λόγο γιατί έγινε η αλλαγή από το προηγούμενο App. Έχω 3 λογαριασμούς και στην αρχική οθόνη μου δείχνει το συνολικό ποσό και των 3 αντί μόνο του βασικού μου και δεν έχει καν option να το αλλάξω. Είναι άπειρα complicated και κάθε φορά που κάνω online αγορές δεν μου έρχεται καμία ειδοποίηση για να κάνω accept το ποσό.

Changed phone and cannot login

I just changed my phone and I cannot login. I need to authenticate Face ID and you prompt me to use quick login to enter the app. However when I enter my quick login I get the message: The service is temporarily not available. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later while we try to resolve the issue.
