Follow the program and get a quick result, more strength, better endurance, strong arms, shoulders, back and a flat stomach.
The plank is a good exercise that strengthens the whole body. Follow the program where you exercise for 5 days and pause for 2 days. After 5 intense weeks you will be able to make the plank for 7 minutes and will be able to see and feel an increased muscle mass and a resilient and trimmed body.
After completing the plank exercises you will have the opportunity to evaluate your performance and give it a rating.
