Planner 5D has potential, but it falls short of expectations for a premium app. The inability to precisely shift walls and frequent overlapping makes editing layouts frustrating and time-consuming. For a design tool, these are critical flaws. Despite its appealing interface, the workflow feels clunky, and the app doesn’t justify its price until these issues are resolved. I also was not able to get a refund for the automatic yearly subscription.
bought the pro package but couldn't use the program because you have to buy premium
Очень удобное, качественное и легкое в использовании приложение.
If you make walls thicker, then doors and windows stick out of the wall and you can see outside from the corner of the door or window. If you change the wall material, the preview in edit still stays old. If you want to put window on secound floor, you cant - window disspares to the wall (edge of the roof wall).
Careful. It offers a three day free trial. But when you delete the app, it says it may take up to 30 days. I hope I won’t be charged. The app useless for me.
I just downloaded it and when i tried to add anything other than the rooms it would immediately go to a screen where it had subscriptions to choose from and when i tried to exit using the X it would say something about taking the free trial or “no i dont want it” when i clicked that i did not want it it would immediately go back to the subscriptions. I tried multiple times and the same thing happened. I do not recommend this app to anyone.
Do not enroll, they keep charging me money and blaming Apple for their “lack of a refund process”…. I’ve canceled the subscription and they still charge me, I’m begging PayPal to take action …. Literally they will take your bank info and charge you every year and there’s no one to help you remove your info… RUN, DO NOT USE THIS APP!
I did a 3 day trial, do not want to keep and money was deducted before my 3 day trial ended
I’ve been using Planner 5D since 2020, and in that time, it has become my go-to tool for modeling homes, planning renovations, and helping others visualize their spaces. Over the years, I’ve used it to model both of the houses I’ve rented, making it easier to experiment with layouts, furniture placement, and interior designs before committing to any real-world changes. One of the things I appreciate most is how intuitive the platform is. Whether I’m sketching out a rough floor plan or diving into precise measurements, Planner 5D makes it easy to bring ideas to life. The drag-and-drop interface is smooth, the catalog of furniture and materials is extensive, and the ability to switch between 2D and 3D views provides a level of detail that’s incredibly helpful when planning. Beyond my own homes, friends often call me to model their houses or help with design projects. Whether they’re rearranging a space, remodeling a room, or just brainstorming possibilities, Planner 5D gives us a realistic preview of what works and what doesn’t. The ability to quickly adjust dimensions, test out furniture arrangements, and even tweak lighting conditions makes it an invaluable tool for both casual users and serious planners. A Few Small Requests: As much as I love the app, there are a few small features I wish it had: - A button to snap objects’ “height from floor” to match the floor height they are in or above. - A way to categorize custom texture uploads for better organization. - An option to lock object dimension ratios before adjusting depth, height, or width, allowing percentage-based resizing that automatically applies to all dimensions. As it stands, I have to manually calculate all three values when resizing objects while maintaining aspect ratio. - A simple way to copy and paste RGB colors for consistency across materials and objects. Final Verdict: Despite these wishes, Planner 5D remains indispensable and is by far one of the best home design tools available. After years of use, I can confidently say it deserves 5 stars for its ease of use, powerful features, and ability to help turn ideas into reality.
