Нечаянно оформила подписку, в ту же минуту оформила возврат средств. В итоге мне просто отказали, хотя я подпиской даже не пользовалась. Было бы за что эти деньги отдавать.

3 раза попыталась отсканировать комнату, каждый на последнем этапе приложение зависало и вылетало полностью без сохранения данных.

Пишу дополнение к первому отзыву: Ребята, если у кого списалась сумма за год, зайдите в свои подписки и выберите подписку за месяц, разница вернется на вашу карту. Мне вернули. 👍🏻 Это был мой первый отзыв: 😧Установила приложение, посмотрела - не понравилось, удалила. Списали подписку за год. Прошу вернуть деньги.

ОСТОРОЖНО МОШЕННИЧЕСТВО !!!
НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ ЭТО МОШЕННИКИ ОБМАНУТ Когда-то у них была возможность купить бессрочную лицензию или подписку, и ещё в подарок было рендер 5 HD фото ваших дизайн проектов. В итоге сейчас они аннулировали мою подписку или лицензию, и требуют купить годовую подписку, не вернув мне деньги. А я уже боюсь покупать годовую подписку так как боюсь что через месяц и мою годовую подписку аннулируют Да и приложение в целом не так уж изменилось чтобы требовать годовую подписку всё остается таким же как и было. Да и вообще в целом приложении очень ужасное, с зелёными кругляшками на углах. Приложение больше для детей но не для работ или бизнеса, так как на 2D в плане в углах стоят огромные зелёные кругляши После того как я побоялся покупать годовую подписку я пошёл искать в App Store другие приложения. И понял что есть приложение гораздо лучше и профессиональные чем Planer 5d То что в Planer 5d платно в тех приложениях бесплатно и даже рендер фото + рендер видео бесплатно И больше подходит для работы и проектов А платные возможности вообще можно использовать для бизнеса Поэтому друзья обязательно перед покупкой подписки поищите в интернете другие альтернативные варианты они намного лучше А если кому интересно то для себя я отметил 4 приложения 1 - Live home 3d (бесплатное) - 2d / 3d вид, рендер фото / видео автонастройка крыш и многое другое что нет в Planer 5d (для маленьких проектов или для себя) 2 - Live home 3d pro (платно без подписки / навсегда) - все тоже самое что у бесплатной версии + рендер фото / видео в UHD, вид справа, вид слева, вид сзади, вид спереди, изменение ландшафта, добавление своих фигур, тексту, также можно создать свою мебель или скачать её из интернета бесплатно и импортировать в приложение, импорт и экспорт в разных форматах (для больших проектов или бизнеса) 3 - Sketch up (платная подписка) все тоже самое что в предыдущих двух приложениях и даже лучше в многих моментах (для больших компаний или или большого бизнеса) 4 - Shapr 3D (платная подписка) Ну это приложение больше для профессионалов 3D моделирование более серьезных фигур или объектов, но также можно использовать для планировки дома и мебели в нём Только для iPad, обязательно иметь Apple Pencil (для больших производственных предприятий или сложных невыполнимых задач в стандартных планировщиков)
