Parfait pour les débutants et prise en main très facile
I did a 3 day trial, do not want to keep and money was deducted before my 3 day trial ended
I’ve been using Planner 5D since 2020, and in that time, it has become my go-to tool for modeling homes, planning renovations, and helping others visualize their spaces. Over the years, I’ve used it to model both of the houses I’ve rented, making it easier to experiment with layouts, furniture placement, and interior designs before committing to any real-world changes. One of the things I appreciate most is how intuitive the platform is. Whether I’m sketching out a rough floor plan or diving into precise measurements, Planner 5D makes it easy to bring ideas to life. The drag-and-drop interface is smooth, the catalog of furniture and materials is extensive, and the ability to switch between 2D and 3D views provides a level of detail that’s incredibly helpful when planning. Beyond my own homes, friends often call me to model their houses or help with design projects. Whether they’re rearranging a space, remodeling a room, or just brainstorming possibilities, Planner 5D gives us a realistic preview of what works and what doesn’t. The ability to quickly adjust dimensions, test out furniture arrangements, and even tweak lighting conditions makes it an invaluable tool for both casual users and serious planners. A Few Small Requests: As much as I love the app, there are a few small features I wish it had: - A button to snap objects’ “height from floor” to match the floor height they are in or above. - A way to categorize custom texture uploads for better organization. - An option to lock object dimension ratios before adjusting depth, height, or width, allowing percentage-based resizing that automatically applies to all dimensions. As it stands, I have to manually calculate all three values when resizing objects while maintaining aspect ratio. - A simple way to copy and paste RGB colors for consistency across materials and objects. Final Verdict: Despite these wishes, Planner 5D remains indispensable and is by far one of the best home design tools available. After years of use, I can confidently say it deserves 5 stars for its ease of use, powerful features, and ability to help turn ideas into reality.
I had high hopes for this only to be disappointed from the start. I uploaded a pre-designed floor plan using the quick start. The first AI review returned a plan that wasn’t anything like the floor plan I uploaded. It had weird walls everywhere. I set it back to work on it and here I am several hours later with no results and the status bar just doing its thing over and over. I think if this is going to be the user experience, I’ll cancel my subscription and try some other program/app. This is terrible.
I highly advise against using Planner 5D. Their platform is a complete scam, designed to take your money while providing little to no actual customer support. When I attempted to resolve an issue, I was met with deliberate delay tactics and dismissive responses. I oversee customer service departments myself, so I know exactly how these manipulative refund processes work—stalling, deflecting, and hoping customers will give up. Planner 5D follows this playbook to a T. Instead of addressing my concerns, they made it clear that they care more about holding onto my money than actually assisting their users. If you’re considering this platform, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Their policies are designed to trap you into a payment with no way out, and their support team offers no real solutions. I’ll be disputing the charge and making sure others know to steer clear of this scammy service.
I downloaded the app at 8:45 pm on the 25 and then was charged on the 28th at approximately 1:00 pm. Be careful because they don’t give you the full 3 days to cancel the free subscription. They only gave me 2 and a half days. Now they don’t want to refund me even though I canceled at 8:30 pm on the 28th. They didn’t notify me that the subscription was going to end said they were going to notify me. Now I’m stuck with an app that I’m not gonna use for a full year and charged $70. Absolutely crazy.
First couple ai renderings were neat but the app needs work. It got stuck for over 45 min rendering an ai design from my living room photo. It had did one just fine. I had to wait about one minute for it to create a design… but then it froze up when I wanted it to do the same photo with a different style. After 45min I’m still waiting and I can’t delete the one it’s still trying to create. I have an iPhone, full bars and 5G WiFi network.
