The advertising gives the impression that you get accurate help when you have a problem with your plant. Well you don't. Just this general blablabla.
Issues with the app
I took the 3 day trial , now I cannot unsubscribe. It keeps saying something went wrong.

Amazing
It regognazes everything. Sometimes it gives me a couple of plants, from where to choose the right one. Care instructions are easy. Health probplems I havent investigate, because I have a free version of the app.

Scam
Couldn’t cancel subscription, impossible by app neither PlantIn.com. Costumer service try to “help” by sending advice how to cancel subscription step by step. Yes, I could figure it out myself. Still couldn’t cancel subscription. “There is some problem accurately. Try again latter.” Solution: Delete app: it’s gonna ask you: do you want to cancel subscription. That’s it. Now I’m free.

Difficult to unsubscribe
Wanted to try the app, thought it wasn’t accurate enough. Couldn’t unsubscribe, there’s no option for that on the app! They charged me. Sen email to the app support team and told I wanted to unsubscribed. It took several days and emails after one told me only I would be able to unsubscribed. But no info how to do it. They charged me again automatically although I reached their advice several days before new subscription. I have no clue what is my subscription situation right now…. Feel totally scammed!
