I signed up for the free trial knowing I could cancel at anytime before the trial is up and it automatically charged my account $9.99 when I signed up. Very bad bait and switch. Very disappointed. Tried contacting company. Don’t make my mistake.
If I could have rated this app without giving one start I would have. This is a rip off scam. You cannot get rid of this thing. They better not charge me for this. They intentionally make it to where you can’t get it off your phone. There needs to be a law suit over this. How many ppl get charged and can’t stop it. Add that up even if it was a dollar. Rip off scammers. This is wrong. Not worth one star. Nothing worth $8 a week. This one for sure. Ppl do not download this app you’ll be stuck paying and can’t get rid of it. That’s how they make their money. What a shame what a scam. So sad it has to be that way. Why can’t it be so simple and honest. When it comes to money all integrity goes out the window. This is criminal.
No response to questions just sends me to another website and then to something else I just want to know How to get out of this trial without being charged and no one answers
The app might be good, but seriously why do you have to pay for it ?Like I need to know if my plants are ok if you buy the trial good for you, but I'm not doing that.
I kept taking pictures of the plant I wanted to identifier, and it kept showing me different plants and their names. I finally gave up and I want to cancel this before it goes into a subscription.
Subscription app, says it’s free, it is to download, but to use it you have to subscribe. They are banking on you forgetting the free trial and not canceling it. Way too highly rated on the app store for this shady behavior.
They market it as free but I found that doesn’t mean me. I subscribed years ago and they still want an unreasonable price. , which is why I quit.
I took a picture of the same bush 10 Times and it gave me ten different plants
Stop charging my card. I refuse to pay $7.99 on 5/23 and 5/30 just because I was told to water a plant that is outside when it was raining! This was cool for the first three plants I scanned then it gave me options! If I knew what the plant was I wouldn’t be using a plant identification app! Please refund and stop charging!
You have to endlessly scroll and you have to figure out what the plant is.
